Trojan In Google

A New Trojan has been found picking the pockets of Google and its publishing partners, and potentially exposing Web surfers to more malware.

BitDefender, a software security company based in Bucharest, Romania, on Tuesday said that it had detected a new Trojan (Trojan.Qhost.WU) that replaces Google AdSense text ads with ads from a different, potentially malicious provider. This could mean a new frontier in the Trojan world. Seriously, the most effective money making mechanism on the net is coming under threat. With this, a number of innocent users are going to face the threat of malware and even losing out on money making opportunities.

The news is that in the past few days, some Danish companies have been founf serving malicious code containing ads inadvertently. A new challenge faces the anti virus and anti malware makers to identify quickly and destroy these Trojans.
